Madrid is exploring the possibility of signing David Alaba next summer. The situation is complicated due to the serious financial demands from the Austrian side. That is why Real is still in hesitation.
Nevertheless, if Real Madrid finalizes this decision, they will sign Bayern defender David Alaba at the end of this season and so he will become a free agent.
Madrid sees the 28-year-old Austrian as a potential replacement for the 34-year-old Sergio Ramos, whose contract also lasts until June 30 of 2021.
As reported, Alaba's move to Real is also complicated by the fact that the player wants to earn around 12 million euros per year disregarding taxes and Real considers such salary being too high,
since Ramos receives a net of $15 million.
Manchester City and Manchester United are also interested in signing the Austrian defender. At the same time, the player can also stay at Bayern, if the club agrees to increase his current salary.
MATCH DETAILS: The 28-year-old Austrian has been playing for Bayern Munich since 2009. In the Bundesliga 2020/21, he played 12 matches and scored one goal.
